How do we realize the deliveries? We pack the minerals with the help of protection packages adecuated to the nature of the material, preserving its integrity. We want in this way to avoid the possibility that the customer will send back the mineral because of any deterioration in the reception. For this we use, depending on the case: Silk paper Absorvent cotton Metracrilato boxes Plastic bubble paper bundle The whole package is send inside a special box including the technic and purchase documentation. PAYMENTS How do we realize the payments? We offer to our customers the chance to use the safe and direct electronic payment through PayPal, the recognized payment system.
